Vairam Arunachalam Ph.D.,
Professor of Accounting, University of Missouri, USA

Professor Arunachalam is a distinguished faculty member from the University of Missouri who has been awarded Fellowships for Teaching Excellence and is the recipient of the University's Outstanding Faculty Service Award. His focus, of late, has been on Advances in Information Technology. Professor Arunachalam was till recently the Chairman of the American Accounting Association - Information Systems Section, and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants' (IMA) Committee on Academic Relations. He is the recipient of the Boeing Welliver Faculty Fellowship. He is also a member of the American Accounting Association, Institute of Management Accountants, Association for Information Systems, and The Institute for Operations Research and Management Science.

K. CHANDRASEKHARAN Ph.D.,
Retd. Professor of Chemical Technology, Madras University.

Professor Chandrasekharan obtained his Doctorate degree in Chemical Engineering from the College of Science & Technology, London and was awarded the Ph.D. Degree by the London University concurrently. As a distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering he was instrumental in developing the curriculum and research activities at the A.C.College of Technology over almost two decades. He served as the Head of Space Science Cell of the University of Madras, and interacted with the various Science & Technology Departments of the University on 'multi disciplinary' research Projects.

He has been a Member of Executive Council of the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers & Chairman of the Madras Chapter. He has been Member of several Selection Committees, Visiting and Inspection Committees covering State and Union Public Service Commissions, CSIR and National Laboratories as well as Member of the University Grants Commission committees.
